Assessor |
Assesses real and personal property, and maintains property records such as building cards. Determines market value on a valuation or Truth in Taxation Notice. |

Auditor |
"Clerk" of the Board of Equalization. Mails Notice of Valuation |

Recorder |
Records documents relating to the transfer and ownership of real property. Maintains real property ownership records, and property legal descriptions. |

Tax Administration |
Administers for the Board of Equalization appeal process and provides general property tax information. Supervises hearing officer staff and makes valuation recommendations. |

Treasurer |
Reviews applications for all forms of statutory tax relief: indigent, circuit breaker, disabled veteran, and blind exemptions. Collects property taxes. Mails tax notices and tax delinquencies. Mails refunds due to appeal adjustments. Makes mailing address changes for tax and valuation notices. |
